At CITraveller, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a transparent process for cancellations and refunds. Please review our CITraveller Refund Policy carefully before making a booking.

  1. Cancellations by the Customer
    • More than 30 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative fee of [Insert Amount].
    • 15-30 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 50% refund of the package cost.
    • Less than 15 Days Before Departure: Cancellations within 15 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
  1. Cancellations Due to Weather or Political Conditions
    • Sightseeing and Excursions: Sightseeing and excursions are subject to weather and political conditions at the destination. Balkrishna Holidays is not liable for cancellations or changes due to such conditions, and refunds may not be provided.
  1. Refund Processing
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  1. Non-Refundable Components
    • Train reservations, including seat/berth allocations, are the responsibility of the customer, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations related to train bookings.
    • Any extra services arranged by the customer outside of the package are non-refundable.

 

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all package bookings made through www.citraveller.com with Balkrishna Holidays India OPC Pvt Ltd (“Company”).

  • Applicability :
        All terms and conditions of Balkrishna Holidays India OPC Pvt Ltd apply to all bookings. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  • Package Inclusions
    The Company is responsible only for the services explicitly charged to the guest. Any additional services not covered in the package or mentioned as suggestions are not the responsibility of the Company.
  • Train Reservations
    The Company is not responsible for train reservations or berth allocations. Customers are advised to manage train bookings independently.
  • Weather and Political Conditions
    Sightseeing and activities are subject to weather conditions and political stability at the destination. In the event of cancellations or changes due to these factors, alternative arrangements may be suggested but are not guaranteed.
  • Itinerary Changes
    Any changes requested by the customer to the itinerary will incur additional charges, payable directly to the Company.
  • Accommodation
    • Hotel accommodations are based on room availability and may vary.
    • Check-in time is at 14:00 hours, and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
    • All package bookings include base-category rooms unless otherwise specified. If listed hotels are unavailable, similar alternatives will be provided, and any price difference will be advised.
  • Package Rates
    • Rates apply only to the specific period, group size, and hotel category mentioned.
    • Rates are not valid during festivals or high-peak dates. Additional charges may apply for such dates.
  • Daily Schedule and Timing
    Customers should consult their driver or local representative regarding daily schedules and transfer timings. Any missed sightseeing or transfers due to the customer’s delay is the customer’s responsibility, and Balkrishna Holidays will not provide refunds or alternative arrangements for missed activities.
  • Price Changes
    • The Company reserves the right to revise prices after the tour package finalization in response to increases in entrance fees, fuel costs, guide charges, taxes, or other service fees.
    • Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges due to such increases.
  • Liability
    • The Company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to any guest while on tour.
    • The Company will not compensate for any loss or extra cost incurred by the guest during the tour.
  • Jurisdiction
    All disputes arising from bookings with Balkrishna Holidays are subject to the jurisdiction of Aurangabad, India.
  • Government Taxes
    In the event of a government-mandated tax revision on travel services, customers are responsible for paying the additional tax amount.
